In the changing shapes our journeys take, there are times when life takes a sharp turn. “Who am I now?” becomes a sacred question.

You want to know the story of my life? We all have stories to tell. My Art describes in mystical ways, the journey through mountain terrain and sweet sunshine. Sometimes on two legs, sometimes on one.

The source of my Soul came at the age of four. I remember. My leg was amputated without notice. That was the beginning. A childhood of abuse. I had to survive alone. Find the steel will to live, to learn to walk, to live without limits. Because, not despite, my childhood, I gave birth to myself. A compassionate, caring Soul. I didn’t need to be normal. One thing my father taught me was that not everybody’s “something” showed on the outside, but everybody has “something”.

My legs keep me walking, strong, no matter what they were made of;  wood then, and now space age titanium.
Making Art all my Life kept me going. Putting my Life into my work. But we all have stories to tell.

I work with an open heart and create sculpture, paintings, and collages put together with pieces of the journeys of our lives.
I love deeply, it’s risky, but worth the price to pay,  that is a big part of my new journey. As Martin Buber said, “I think I shall try being a little more myself.”

My work is in public and private collections throughout the world, including those of the late Elie Wiesel Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Henry Winkler, Harry Connick Jr., Dr. Ruth, Dr. Bernie Siegel, and Joshua Malina. But what feeds my soul is the joy the pieces instill in hearts wherever they go.

I welcome you to my world. I work alone. Each piece of art is from my heart, hands and Soul.

Thank you for visiting
